This weekend, we went up to Wisconsin for two days, and then spent the third day back at home. Up in WI, we hiked some more of the Ice Age Trail (miles 8-11 and back-picture below of around mile 9.5)...did some canoeing...a bit of swimming...and played some poker. Back at home, we took our bikes over to ride the Virgil Gilman Trail; the first two miles have a lot of street crossings, but the next 10 are nice.
Check out the pumpkin patch picture on the right hand side of the screen (you might have to scroll down)...pumpkins did great! We decided to cut them hoping that we might get some more started before Halloween.
Nothing new on the adoption front. Maybe some kids were born over the holiday and will be looking for homes this week...ahh...wishful thinking...
