She continues to be a very loyal, and protective dog; she is extremely obedient with us. We are accepting that her aggression is part of her personality, and as her owners, we need to become perfect at identifying when her aggression might show. We will always have to be careful with her around others. Certainly, we continue to hope that we can break her of this behavior all together as she continues to grow older...we keep working with her.
Rob took her to a recommended class at T.O.P.S in Grayslake. She had her share of behavioral issues throughout the several week course, but in the end, she proved that she was the most obedient dog in the class - she received the high score ribbon. One suggestion that they had was to utilize the muzzle; she doesn't exactly like it, but she does tolerate it.
She is a beautiful pup - always so happy to see us. Mr. Rowan is good too; I suppose I'll have to give him his own post another day.

She's beautiful. Looks like shepard which are a smart breed. Mr Rowan looks happy and needs a post too.
What do you do with the dogs when you travel?
Andra is beautiful! Maybe we should try to come over more to get her more used to other people. She doesn't seem bothered by Mom and Dad. She didn't even bark or growl when they came in.
What Mr. Rowan may lack in obedience, he more than makes up for in loyalty. I never have to look far for him, as he is usually at my feet. And if that should fail, all it takes is a treat.
